Ghosting
Many a time now I have been speccing a player because 'you just know something is dodgy about them' - after speccing for several rounds I have ruled out aimbot and am undecided about a wallhack. Sometimes it seems blatently obvious and then at times the player seems he/she hasnt got a clue whats just round the corner.
I generally conclude that the player is probably ghosting.
Now, players can ghost over voip/voice applications and have a distinct unfair advantage to everyone else. Where players are on the same IP, their advantage is more obvious than most.
Exploring the mani admin plug in, I have found it is possible to adopt the fade to black option for players using the same IP.
Exploiting Weapon Restrictions
I have already addressed this issue twice now on the spawnpoint forums;
Where weapon restrictions are in place many players will often brag about and then 'cheat' by buying weapons through console. This can be both frustrating and time consuming for admins trying to determine and prove who has brought a weapon 'illegally'.
Mani have a couple of mods that will take action if players buy weapons through console. The mod will also display the players name in chat and explain briefly why the action was taken (eg; player Alpha kicked for exploiting weapon restrictions) Admins then know exactly who is cheating and if their actions are persistent, a temp ban can be enforced.
